Bookings

Bookings represent each booking made by customers. Bookings start off as an enquiry, moving through to a confirmed booking.

Each booking will have a sales channel, which represents the method through which the booking is received such a the a website, Online Travel Agency or by the internal reservations team.

The referrer is the marketing activity that the booking is generated by.

The booking account and billing account are the contacts or companies who made the booking.

Each booking can have 1 or more stays which represent the stay in the apartment.
